Ok guys! The other day was interesting, I got brave and Screen Printed for the first time. I gotta say I was a little scared at first. I got to admit I was watching someone on you tube for a tutorial. So I start by making a stencil for the screen, at this point I am excited then comes to applying the transfer tape to my stencil and I went threw 3 different kinds of transfer tape until I found the right one that worked, stressful but got it, lol. Ok next part using painters tape I had to tape the screen to the areas in which ink should not touch, next apply the ink to the screen this was the Fun Part. So as I squeegee the paint onto the screen I think I am doing a great job, however (I would advise not to do it with nails, lol) so I lift the screen and I guess I didn't apply it hard enough and so there was a little ink on the shirt so I put it back down and applied again this time much better. Ok at this point I am feeling myself since it came out decent, I was proud of my self but realized it is not as easy as people make it seem. Its ok though with more practice I'll be a pro in no time. Check it out below.
